Turns out ALL the charges against Donald Trump are felonies
When Donald Trump was indicted under seal last week, two separate pieces of information were reported. One was that there were a total of thirty-four criminal criminal counts. The other was that there was at least one felony count in there. But how many of those 34 charges are felony counts?
It turns out all of them are. Trump’s Manhattan indictment consists of 34 different felony counts, per Michael Isikoff of Yahoo News. So much for the notion that any of these charges might be mere misdemeanors.
Trump is now throwing a fit on his social network, accusing Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg of having leaked this information, and laughably calling for Bragg to be indicted. Nice try.
