Massive protests after racist Tennessee Republicans wrongly expel two Black Democrats
It all started as a public protest against the Tennessee Republican state legislature’s refusal to do anything about gun reform. Now that Tennessee Republicans have wrongly expelled two Black Democrats for having dared to participate in those protests, suffice it to say that the protests have only grown even larger.

The Tennessee Republican state legislature has now placed itself on the wrong side of gun reform, the wrong side of public sentiment, the wrong side of racism, and the wrong side of abuse of power. The protests will only grow even fiercer – and so will the effort to vote these Republicans out of power in 2024.
