Jim Jordan is about to make the Durham debacle even worse for House Republicans
Oh good, House Republican Jim Jordan says he’s going to have John Durham testify at a House committee hearing next week. It’ll be an opportunity for the Democrats on the committee to force Durham to publicly admit that he found nothing at all. The Republicans are just so bad at this.
There was a time, years ago, when Jim Jordan was actually somewhat skilled at hyping the kinds of phony scandals about Democrats that persuadable voters might actually fall for. These days Jordan’s efforts at hyping phony scandals are as limpdick as everyone else in this joke of a Republican House.
