House Republicans like Jim Jordan keep claiming that the government has been “weaponized” against Republican politicians. They’ve even created a fraudulent committee over it. But the real “weaponization” is going on in places like the Tennessee state legislature, and it’s being carried out against Democrats.
House Democrat Dan Goldman is having none of it:
Republicans in Congress are making baseless claims of First Amendment violations while Republicans in TN are literally expelling officials who exercised their 1st Am rights.
I assume the next @weaponization hearing will be on TN’s violation of the 1st Am, right @Jim_Jordan?
