George Santos has a whole new problem
House Republican George Santos has been criminally indicted on thirteen felony counts by the DOJ and has had his travel restricted while awaiting trial, which will send him to prison.
For some reason he’s still hanging onto his seat instead of resigning. Perhaps he’s delusional enough to think he can somehow magically win in 2024 from prison. But back in the real world Santos just got even more bad news in the form of a viable Democratic candidate running against him:

The only question at this point is whether this election will take place in November 2024 or sooner, given that House Republicans might reluctantly expel him once he’s carted off to prison.
