Erik Prince has been criminally indicted: report
Notorious international operative Erik Prince has finally been criminally indicted – by the government of Austria. He’s reportedly been indicted for allegedly supplying arms to Libya, which is illegal.
This reporting is coming from to Austrian newspaper Kurier and online news outlet BNN. Austria is reportedly seeking assistance from the United States in an attempt at locating and extraditing Prince.
If this reporting proves true, we’ll see if Austria is able to apprehend Erik Prince and put him on trial. Even if not, this indictment will significantly hinder Prince. From now on he’ll need to avoid setting foot in Austria and every nation it has an extradition treaty with. And of course if Austria has indicted him for violating an international arms ban, other nations (perhaps including the United States) could end up doing the same.
