Donald Trump whines and cries as it all slips away for him
Donald Trump keeps trying to put on a show of bravado and force with regard to his indictment, because he knows that right wingers like a strongman. But now that he’s just 36 hours from having to surrender himself for arrest, he’s taking a more sullen tone.
Trump just posted this on his failed social network: “will be leaving Mar-a-Lago on Monday at 12 noon, heading to Trump Tower in New York. On Tuesday morning I will be going to, believe it or not, the Courthouse. America was not supposed to be this way!”
Actually, this is exactly how America is supposed to be. Donald Trump is a career criminal, and now he’s being put on trial for it. Those thirty-four criminal counts against him, in New York alone, didn’t come out of nowhere. Trump is simply facing justice under the law – for the first time in his life – and he can’t handle it.
